We had a great experience with our Escape Campervan. We picked up in SLC where Lucy was very helpful. Our Maverick van with rooftop tent was plenty spacious for our family of 4. We dropped off in Seattle where Carlos was great as well. We were impressed with the customer service in both offices. We definitely recommend this company!

We got major problem with an old maverick van, in fact with 2 old maverick van back to back.But the road service was the best i saw in my life, they send us a new van next morning both time.
