I rented Maverick for 7 days 6 nights. It was nice experience. Just one suggestion, van is not prepared for winter. It gets cold very quickly after van is turned off.

Rented a Maverick for a long weekend tour of some destinations in Arizona. Overall, had an awesome experience. The van was a little old (over 300k miles) and was not very fun to drive, but it was reliable and generally comfortable. Interior was pretty worn which is expected for the use it's had, but fairly clean. The cooler worked the whole time, but also it didn't get warmer than 60.Brought my own queen size memory foam mattress topper which fit perfectly on top of the bed and was really comfortable. The kitchen was great, worked very well. I'd recommend a flat sheet over a fitted sheet, it will be easier to make the bed.Be careful of wind when cooking. Had a light breeze and one of the doors was blown halfway shut while I was cooking, which knocked the stove partially off the shelf and almost knocked the pan off the stove. One thing didn't make sense about the interior configuration. The bench has a hole in it right where you sit at the table. That area is cramped and uncomfortable to sit in, even for someone who is petite, and the hole made it worse. We ended up making the bed and leaving it set up because the table wasn't worth using. Can't wait for another trip in one of these.

We had a wonderful trip exploring Arizona in the Kingfisher Maverick Campervan! Making the reservation was easy and calling to adjust and get late drop off was easy as well. Pick up was informative and fairly quick. Drop off was even easier! The van was roomy and we had a rooftop sleeper. It was easy to pop up and take down, just need a little weight to get it down all the way to latch, which we used 3 people to do the whole thing. We did have an issue with the oil change light coming on 2 days into an 8 day trip, but when I called, the staff was helpful and able to answer all questions appropriately.I would book another Escape Campervan to explore again!

Took one of the Mavericks around Oregon for a week and absolutely loved everything about this experience. Burk was incredibly helpful and very down-to-earth while explaining everything at pickup. The reservation staff was also incredible when we had questions during our reservation.Book with this company.
