What our customers say about the Mavericks Campervan model:

It was a great first experience out in van life. We rented the Maverick and it was plenty of space for 3 adults for the week. It was a bit of an older van with some little issues that could have been big issues(no heat in the back in the dead of winter)—but we are pretty rustic travelers with the right equipment so it was fine. Just check all that before you leave the parking lot, we did not think to.That being said, when they heard about the small issues we had with the van they made it right by discounting the price we would have paid for the extra miles we drove.Pick up and drop off were smooth (even though the guy working seemed way more bored than I would have imagined for an adventure company…)Biggest complaint: The registration was expired. By 3 years. (Found that out the hard way after being pulled over) it could have been a HUGE problem, but luckily the police were kind to us. But corporate Escape Camper Van… that should never have happened and other people may not be so lucky with a police run-in in the future. Please don’t let this happen to someone else. Campers, make sure to check that all paper work it up to date before taking the vans out

Everything was amazing! I love that I feel the van is my home when traveling, Mavericks was spacious for us 3 tiny girls. Bed feels bigger than queen size bed. Gas is super save! I am surprise how we less fill in the gas than what i have expected. So much saving for gas!!! Duvet were thick and heavy I love it so much especially travel during the winter and without heater. I took 2 set of bedding just bcs we expect no heater when sleeping. You can choose to opt in electrical kit to get the heater (if Im not mistaken). this kit is useful only if u have electric hookup at the campsite. I didnt hv any hookup so never used it. I purchased solar shower also didn't use it. I dont recommend bringing suitcase, but it it fits my 62 linear inches luggage, just bit tight. They have recycling program so please check it out before going for groceries shopping. There are lots of usable stuff left by previous renter and it definitely save lots of money and waste! I took dish soap, sponge, aluminum foil, napkin, tissue paper, paper plates, gallon water. Please bring your own battery lantern bcs it helps with lighting at night. van heater was very comfortable and strong (my car was bad). I had to return 10 minutes late and the agent was so helpful and kind to agree to wait for us. I owed her a lot. thanks!!

Had a great time renting one of the Mavericks for four days and going out to Death Valley for Thanksgiving. The camper van made traveling around and staying in different spots very easy. Especially having a sink, refrigerator, and the kitchen accessories. I also really enjoyed the ease of being able to add or takeoff any last minute items that they offer as add ons with the van. All in all it was well worth the cost and experience! Mileage isn’t too expensive if you go over but do factor that in if your trip will exceed the daily mileage limits. I would definitely rent a camper van again! My 70lb dog traveled well in the camper as well! He even fit snug with me and my partner at night when we slept. All in all it was an fantastic time! Thank you!

We had a great first experience using this company! Our agent that helped us was Michelle in WA and she did amazing at explaining how to use the camper van and all the other small details that comes with the rental. We purchased the Maverick and it was perfect for 2 people! Enough space to sleep, got a sweet weekend deal with free kitchen kit, bedding, and 2 camping chairs! We will definitely use them again in our future camping van adventures. Thanks again to Michelle, she did great!
