Phenomenal service 11/10 recommend. I had and issue with a previous rental company and I found escape and they were able to secure a van for me in 12 hours! The rental process was so easy and they were upfront with all the costs which I appreciate. They have been great helping us find the most bang for our buck in terms of miles and days. The van was clean and well cared for. Additionally in the Portland Oregon location they had a “collection” of paper towels, toliet paper and sunscreen that other had left behind that we could stock up on before the left. AMAZING. The customer service personnel was also outstanding. I can’t wait to use this company again.

Our team rented this baby for an all-woman Hood to Coast Relay team in style! Was ready for us as promised. Very roomy and comfortable! The pop-up “roof tent” provided the needed extra sleep accommodations for us all. Easy to drive/park with great brakes for the downhill trip! Will definitely stick with THIS OPTION over a 12 or 15 passenger van!

Great experience! Easy pick up and drop off which was close to the airport! This location (and possibly others) had left over supplies from previous renters; paper towel, water, some food items, etc. which was super handy.Would recommend and rent again!

This company knows how to provide a simple, affordable way to explore any area of the country you can get to from their hubs! My best friend and I did an Oregon road trip from Portland and had a comfortable and reliable place to rest our heads throughout the trip. The staff at the depot were super friendly and helpful. The van was user friendly and people with moderate camping experience could operate this comfortably! Thanks for the memories!

Smooth experience from booking to pickup to dropoff. The van was perfect for a family of 4, lots of space (both while in-motion and when relaxing inside while the weather is not cooperating). Galley is well-appointed, and sleeping areas (inside the van and the rooftop sleeper) are super comfy. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Will definitely rent again on our next trip out west!

WOW! This was the best choice we could have possibly made for our wedding/honeymoon adventure. The setup of the van was perfect. It was easy to move around and we had plenty of room for our stuff. There is an area behind the couch thats perfect for storing suitcases. The back of the van had a working fridge that came in handy. We drove nearly the entire west coast and the van ran GREAT! We loved that we could take things for our trip and leave them for others at their donation cubbies. Would totally rent another one! Also- the Portland and Los Angeles locations were close to the airport (maybe 10 minutes?) and it took a $15 Lyft ride to get there to/from the airports. I actually loved that the locations were tucked away, which made it very relaxed when doing drop off/pick up. THANK YOU!

Great trip! We loved the simplicity throughout the booking and being able to chat with the Escape Campervan team was great. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable, I was impressed. The paintings are all so beautiful, it was really cool to spot other Escape Campervans on the road. The roads in the USA are so great to roll on so everything went smoothly with the van. We will definitely book again if our travels bring us back towards a similar type of trip.
