Profitez de nos meilleurs conseils pour économiser de l'argent lors d’un voyage en van :

Did you know you could camp at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida? Not many people do! Fort Wilderness was one of Disney World’s original lodging options. If you’re considering a trip to Disney World, trying renting a camper van for a more affordable, unique, and magical Disney experience. Here are three reasons why you should give it a try.

1. Get more bang for your buck.

Seasoned campers might gawk at the price of a campsite at Fort Wilderness, but when you compare it to the cost of a value hotel room in the park, you can save a significant amount depending on the time of year you visit and the length of your stay. Plus, Fort Wilderness is a Disney resort so you have all the perks of lodging with Disney, like early reservations, FastPasses and Extra Magic Hours.

Up to 10 people are allowed to stay at one campsite, which is perfect for larger families or groups of families looking to stay together. The “Tent or Pop-Up Campsite” can accommodate one camper van and up to two tents!
With a camper van, you can save money by cooking your own meals too. Each van has a two-burner stove, small fridge and a sink. Planning meals, eating at the campsite and packing lunches could make a trip to Disney much more affordable.

2. More amenities at Fort Wilderness than a typical campground or value hotel room.

The “Tent or Pop-Up Campsite” is perfect for a camper van, has everything you could ever want in a campsite, and is the cheapest of the campsites at Fort Wilderness. Each site as a picnic table, charcoal grill, electrical hook up, water tap, and complimentary high-speed WiFi. Plus there is a “comfort station” with restrooms, showers and sinks in every loop. The showers are pristinely clean. The entire campground is over 700 wooded acres, so you won’t be on top of your neighbor or have to wait for a hot shower.

Not only do you have a great campsite, but there two pools (one with a waterslide!), six restaurants, free parking for one vehicle and free transportation to the Magic Kingdom.

3. Embrace the Disney magic.

During the day, you can rent a bicycle or golf cart, which is a great way to get to the boat to the Magic Kingdom if your campsite is farther away from the docks. If you plan to take a day off of the parks, there are horse back rides and dinner shows at the campground to keep you in the Disney spirit. Cinderella’s horses are kept at the Tri-Circle-D Ranch in Fort Wilderness.

Fort Wilderness also has many evening activities the kiddos will love. Chip N’ Dale’s Campfire Sing-A-Long is an opportunity to meet Chip and Dale without an expensive dining reservation and to see a classic Disney movie for free. Soak in the Magic Kingdom’s fireworks from Clementine’s Beach or see the Electrical Water Pageant. Fort Wilderness was one of the original lodging options at Disney world, so parents will enjoy Disney memories from the past too.

As Walt Disney said, “If you can dream it, you can do it.” Take the leap and book a campervan rental in Orlando, Florida for your next trip to Disney World.
