What our customers say about the Mavericks Campervan model:

My two sisters and I had the best time camping around Washington and Oregon in our van! It had everything we needed to get out there for our adventures. Check in and check out were both quick and easy, giving us plenty of time to catch our flights. The staff was extremely helpful and nice!We rented the maverick van with the rooftop sleeper since there were three of us, but we did all fit inside the van comfortably when it was extra cold some nights. The kitchen was great and we ate well at camp!

We had a wonderful Escape Campervan experience, we rented a Maverick van for 3 days and it was very easy to drive and navigate the van. The van bed was easy to construct, and the kitchen and sink were very useful to make meals. We stayed at a couple of campsites that provided grills and bathrooms so that was also very convenient. The instructions and terms were very clear and it was an overall great and seamless experience, would recommend for roadtrips and more!

We had an epic trip to Utah and Escape made it all the more adventurous & safe! We rented our Maverick campervan from Salt Lake City, Utah took on the voyage to cover 6 National Parks and 1 State Park to return back at Salt Lake City. Javier was awesome in helping us get accustom with the van and also threw in some extras as a novice campers didn't know we needed them. He was extremely patient with us with all the crazy questions we had. We needed to drop the van off in the early hours (outside of their working hours), and forgot to ask how-to. I called their support number and they got Javier to text us all the details on how-to check-out. Finally, Javier called to explain the balance to close the transaction! All in all great experience from booking to check-out! Highly recommend both experienced and novice camper to experience Escape!

We flew to SLC and rented a van for a week to tour Utah. We packed some things we thought we might need and picked up a few things that other renters donated.I was worried about being in the desert during a heat wave! The van had so many AC vents that we froze most of the time, which was awesome. The AC doesn't work when the van isn't cranked though, so we stayed the night in a hotel when temps were 115 degrees. The extras seem to cost more than the van rental itself. We didn't use a lot of things we rented from them- electrical cords, fan, and only used the canopy once. Kitchen kit is a must. Chairs are needed. Bring your own pillows if you can!The van took the mileage like a champ! No issues with overheating the whole time. There's a small fridge drawer that is solar powered and it can literally be a freezer also. We cranked it up on the first day and everything was frozen! The Mavericks are their older fleet and the Big Surs are their newer vans. We rented a Maverick (Rockstar) for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kids loved the rooftop sleeper! We attracted and met so many awesome people along the way bc of this van. We've decided we now want one of our own!
