Why Use A Campervan Rental For An Unforgettable Trip
Find spontaneity on the open road with your Scottsdale campervan rental. Sleep at a state park with no worry about what it’s like outside. Then, head off to parts unknown with few prepaid itineraries to conform to. With an Escape Campervan, you’re wandering as you see fit, knowing that every campervan outing is epically different.
What makes a campervan adventure so awesome? The campervan, of course! All our vehicles are fun to drive and are equipped with a bed, fully-functioning kitchen, and an iconic look. Unlike an oversized RV, campervans operate like any car and can fit on most tent camping pads. You can even disperse camp with your Escape campervan — just remember to follow the Leave No Trace philosophy.
What Scottsdale Campervan Rental Will You Choose?
You have many choices when picking out your Scottsdale campervan rental. Most choices come down to campervan size, passenger space, and where you’re going.
The Mavericks campervanis our most asked about model. With the Mavericks, there’s a soft queen-size bed, a fold-away table and benches, a two-burner propane stove, dual powered refrigerator, and a sink. It’s a safe choice when you want a short getaway to the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. Still, the Mavericks also is large enough for a longer campout at Joshua Tree National Park. Tack on a rooftop sleeper, and the kids can even have their own space.
TheBig Sur campervanis a scance bigger than our other models and offers you more legroom for your crew. You still can use the built-in stove and sink in the van, but you shouldn’t have to move the back seats to use the queen-size bed. The Big Sur is perfect if you need a little extra storage space or more legroom for expansive excursions out of state.

About Joshua Tree National Park
Two distinct desert ecosystems, the Mojave and the Colorado, come together in Joshua Tree National Park. A fascinating variety of plants and animals make their homes in a land sculpted by strong winds and occasional torrents of rain. Dark night skies, a rich cultural history, and surreal geologic features add to the wonder of this vast wilderness in southern California. Come explore for yourself.
Joshua Tree National Park is open 24 hours a day and may be visited at any time of the year. Visitation increases as temperatures moderate in the fall, peaks during the spring wildflower season, and diminishes during the heat of summer. Some areas of the park are designated for day use only. Visitor centers keep separate hours; please see descriptions.
