Catch the Bart (Train) in the International terminal all the way to the Embarcadero (All trains from SFO to downtown will pass through Embarcadero station) 
Walk to Market St & Main St to catch a Tram (About 5 mins walk) 
Catch the Tram towards Fisherman's Wharf (Get off at Jefferson St and Taylor St) (19 mins, 11 stops) 
Walk to 427 Beach St, San Francisco, CA 94133 (about 2 minutes)
