The traditional Campervan rental companies in America are a lot different from Escape Campervans.

In America, most Campervan rental companies often offer a cheap lead in price and then add on all the extras such as mileage charges, compulsory insurance, living equipment, starter packs, extra drivers etc.
If you receive a cheaper quote than Escape offer, we advise that you research exactly what is being offered.
The unwary can get caught out by grabbing the cheap quote from another company only to find they end up paying over twice what they had initially budgeted on.

Escape Campervans are not of the traditional style and we aim to take the confusion and clutter out of hiring a Campervan.

Our rental rates are low and uncomplicated meaning you won't find unpleasant surprises before or after your camper holiday with us.
We pride ourselves in having very user friendly rental terms and Motorhome insurance with a 'No hidden costs' policy.

The Escape difference:

• 100 free miles per day. (This is a huge saving. You should calculate $25-$35 per day addition to any other Campervan quote)
• No Motorhome preparation fee.
• Free bedding and warm Duvets/Comforters/Dooners.
• No compulsory insurance charge on top of the daily rate.
• No charge for picnic chairs or kitchen and living equipment.
• No charge for extra drivers.
• Escape Campervans only charge a US$200 deposit. You don't pay the balance until you collect your camper.
• We have a "No hidden costs" policy.
  
  Rates calculation: Rates are calculated as per night. Where a rental crosses into another season, the rate will split to allow for the new season rate. This will be highlighted when you receive an online quote.
  We dont charge for the drop off day as long as you return by 10am.
  
  Free Miles. We include 100 free miles per day with your rental.
  You have 3 options when you book your trip.
  1) Stay with our standard mileage included with the rental of 100/day (This is averaged over your trip)
  The cost of additional miles is 25 cents per mile.
  2) Purchase an additional 100 miles for $15/Day (giving you a total of 200 miles/day)
  The cost of additional miles is 25 cents per mile for mileage greater than 200 miles per day averaged over your trip.
  3) You can purchase unlimited miles at the start of your trip for only $19 per day.
  
  Insurance.
  Escape Campervans include standard liability insurance in the daily rate. We also do not collect a bond, freeze your credit card and force you into taking extra insurance. For all the insurance details, please click here.
  
  Minimum Days. Our website quotes a minimum 3 days for Los Angeles and San Francisco and 4 days for Las Vegas. These short bookings will have a higher daily rate than a 7 day+ rental.
  Las Vegas is a serviced depot for Escape and may have a serviced depot fee. Any fees will be outlined when you email yourself a quote.
